This isn't a traditional web development role. You'll work across the entire stack while designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems that solve real business problems. Our agentic systems are already in production, handling workflows, automations, API integrations, and operational tasks. We need someone who can build reliable software while understanding how modern AI systems fit into real products.

What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications.
- Build AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, and automation workflows.
- Develop and maintain multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, memory systems, and tool integrations.
- Integrate applications with APIs, databases, third-party services, and automation platforms.
- Build scalable frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and business logic.
- Make practical decisions around model selection, cost, latency, and reliability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning.
- Review code, improve engineering standards, and contribute to team growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.).
- Experience building backend systems, APIs, and database-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience working with AI agents, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or automation systems.
- Experience integrating external APIs and third-party services.
- Understanding of deployment, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver projects independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Python development experience.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, and AI infrastructure.
- Built agent evaluation, monitoring, or observability systems.
- Experience with OpenRouter, self-hosted models, or model routing.
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
